Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Shopify at checkout on shop.golfertshirts.com; we never see or store your card details. An order is accepted when we email a confirmation. We may cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund in full if we do.
Shirts are made to order. Delivery estimates, free size swaps, misprint replacements and refund timing are set out on Shipping and Returns, which forms part of these terms.
All designs, text and images on this site are the property of Golfer T-Shirts and protected by copyright. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the design. Please don't copy, resell or print our designs.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
