Policies
Every shirt is printed to order in the USA. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes 3 to 5 business days within the United States (USPS or UPS; you get a tracking email the moment it ships). Expect your order in about 1 to 2 weeks total. Holiday periods can add a few days; order cutoffs are posted on the homepage in December.
Shipping is a flat $4.99 for the first shirt and $1.50 for each additional shirt in the same order. [Confirm rates once Printful shipping profile is final.] We ship to the US only for now.
Wrong size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement in the right size at no charge. You keep or donate the original. Misprint, damage or wrong item? Send a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint and reship free, or refund you in full.
Because every shirt is made for you when you order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If something is wrong with what arrived, it's on us; we'll make it right.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Orders can be cancelled free within 2 hours of purchase; after that, production has usually started.
